Regional Networking Roundtable – Southeast Region

Thursday, May 1, 2025 | 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

For several years, we have been asked to host regional events with our economic and workforce development partners to bring together our industry stakeholders within the Economic Development Council of Colorado’s (EDCC) regions to network, discuss current initiatives, challenges, and opportunities. You’ve expressed a desire for a casual roundtable setting that discusses the “State of the Industry” and facilitates information sharing.

Therefore, you’re invited to join the EDCC for a groundbreaking Regional Networking Roundtable, the first of its kind, designed to foster collaboration and drive impactful progress across our economic landscape. This inaugural event, hosted by EDCC and its Regional Board Directors, will bring together EDCC members and leaders from economic and workforce development, education, and research institutions to:

  • Learn firsthand information about current initiatives, challenges, and opportunities from key stakeholders.
  • Discover what your regional peers are working on, identify potential synergies, and build valuable connections.
  • Understand the critical resources needed to support your efforts and advance your region’s economic growth.

We are thrilled to announce our special guests from the CO-WY Engine will be joining us. They will provide an educational presentation about the Engine, its purpose, and the exciting opportunities it offers to our stakeholders. Following the presentation, they will facilitate an interactive listening session, providing a crucial platform for you to share direct feedback on the resources needed for Phase 2 of their initiative’s rollout. Your insights will be instrumental in shaping the future of this vital regional initiative.

This roundtable is a unique opportunity to connect with key players, share knowledge, and contribute to the strategic direction of our region’s economic future.
