This month, the partnership will visit the Career Elevation Technology Center (CETC) of St. Vrain to discover how the school district implements its career technology education programming — manufacturing, machining, welding, electronics, plastics, 3d printing, and more.

St. Vrain is a recent recipient of the Opportunity Now grant, which is dedicated to scaling talent development initiatives. For St. Vrain this includes onsite project teams, classroom engagement, workshops, summer camps, internships, and apprenticeships.

Industry partners will have the opportunity to tour the facility, provide feedback on current coursework and certs, evaluate equipment use, and brainstorm ways to connect with K-12 programming.
