Business acceleration through technology
The pace of advancement for enabling technologies that are intertwined with traditional manufacturing processes is accelerating at lightning speed. Advanced Manufacturing Technologies (AMT) – like additive manufacturing, robotics, and digital manufacturing and design – are equipping today’s manufacturers to take their operational performance to the next level. Whether through rapid prototyping to speed product development, automating a mundane assembly task to free up your people for more value-added work, or augmented reality work instruction applications to speed training and gather critical operational data, we can help guide you through the nearly limitless ways new tech can directly impact your bottom line.
Continuous training and support
Adopting and implementing new technology isn’t the end of the story. Just as technological improvements and advancements are ever-changing, staying up to date on best practices and new processes takes active buy-in across your organization. Our targeted training will keep your employees engaged and fully versed on your selected suite of tools – we can help clear away the noise and focus your efforts to achieve efficient and comprehensive technology usage.
Business Health Assessment
Our Business Health Assessment is an essential tool that we use to help guide our discovery process and determine each of our clients’ unique and individual needs. Through our assessment we can diagnose pain points and provide a variety of resources, consulting, training that can help improve the operations and outputs of your business. The Business Health Assessment is completely free, and you are welcome to use it to either partner with our Manufacturer’s Edge team, or use your own resources to implement improvements based on the assessment.

Are Manufacturer’s Edge services free?
Our services are not free - as Colorado’s official Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) Center, our access to grants and funds are reliant on a 1-to-1 match to our clients’ investments. These additional funds can effectively double your investment and give you access to our world-class consultants, trainers, and resources, as well as a committed and dedicated partnership from ME to ensure effective implementation of our plans and long-term maintenance for your business.
Does Manufacturer’s Edge only work with manufacturing companies?
While we specialize in manufacturing, the concepts and practices that we employ are applicable to all businesses. In fact, we have had numerous impactful engagements with healthcare organizations, dairies, government entities, and more.
