The Manufacturing Workforce Innovator Award

The nominator’s information will not be shared.
The Manufacturing Workforce Innovator of the Year can be a company or an individual who demonstrates a commitment to workforce development. This includes creating a culture that supports and values innovation in hiring, training, upskilling, reskilling, employee engagement, and employee retention practices. This company or individual also demonstrates a commitment to nurturing workforce from within while also providing opportunities for underserved communities through internships, apprenticeships, and mentoring programs as well as skills-based hiring practices.
