Kathleen Higgins is a consultant and auditor with Cavendish Scott, a full-service ISO management system consulting, auditing, and training organization. She has over 20 years’ experience in manufacturing and testing laboratories specializing in ISO 9001 (manufacturing and service), ISO 13485 (medical device), and ISO 17025 (testing and calibration laboratory) management systems. Kathleen is an ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence and an IRCA registered QMS Lead Auditor.
