Director of Program Operations
Michelle Griffith has over 15 years of project management experience in the government, educational, and telecommunications industries. Originally from the Northern Virginia area, Michelle worked with a submarine R&D company where she facilitated communications between suppliers, company departments and customers to ensure key deliverables were met in a timely manner. Adding to her skills, Michelle was responsible for all aspects of an internal training program for 3,000 employees while at Comcast, including identifying training needs, sourcing appropriate resources, program evaluation and budget management.
At Arapahoe Community College, Michelle managed the Corporate Learning Division. There she was responsible for acquiring grant funding for local companies, as well as determining training that met local industry and workforce demands. As a project manager for Manufacturer’s Edge, Michelle manages a variety of client grant proposal requests and works with our manufacturing clients to schedule customized training and Lean & sustainable implementation programs on-site at their facilities. She is also responsible for critical project management functions related to all client projects, consulting, sales and delivery of Manufacturer’s Edge programs and services.
