Ann Marie has more than 20 years of experience in management, quality, continuous improvement, lean manufacturing and training. She has worked the last eight years in a high-volume manufacturing environment for two companies producing industrial and consumer metal packaging solutions. Prior to that, Ann Marie had worked for 12 years in various quality and continuous improvement roles in the aerospace industry.
Ann Marie’s focus has been on quality management system development and compliance evaluation for quality standards such as AS9100, ISO 9001 and Safe Quality Food (SQF). She has provided leadership and direction to all levels of the organization in problem identification, evaluation and resolution, utilizing both quality and lean tools. Ann Marie has a proven track record of successfully managing large and challenging projects, while decisively providing both technical and strategic direction. She is recognized as a collaborative and supportive partner with the ability to effect change across all functions within the organization.
